Foshan Rongxing CNC Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and is a comprehensive enterprise that integrates processing, equipment manufacturing, and servo motor manufacturing. Rongxing has a strong technical research and development team, and the enterprise is the first in China to independently innovate and develop various types of metal material CNC machining equipment, including flying shear machines (lines), slitting machines, straightening machines, sanding machines, etc. It has won the national high-tech enterprise award and multiple national invention patents, especially its high-speed and high-precision flying shear machine, pioneering double winding and double belt synchronous cutting technology, far ahead of its peers in the industry.
The technical team of Rongxing Company has been committed to technological research and development for many years. In the early years, they were the first to introduce Taiwan’s original flying shear and slitting machines, and carried out 100% replication and innovative research and development of flying shear and slitting equipment, becoming one of the earliest domestic enterprises to localize metal coil processing equipment. After nearly 30 years of diligent research and development, the Rongxing team has independently developed the electric control system and high-power servo motor for the flying shear machine. The core components are independently processed, and the Rongxing team has successfully broken through technical barriers and bottlenecks, achieving overtaking on curves. It is the only flying shear manufacturing enterprise in China with independent research and development of both electric control and servo motors. The equipment processing thickness covers thin plates, medium plates, thick plates, ultra thick plates, etc.
In addition, the flying shear leveling machine adopts the technology of “servo bending roller+four angle control”, which can better adapt to the leveling of various types of plate materials. These have made Rongxing Feijian the benchmark for “high-precision and high-speed” cutting in the industry. To this day, no one in the industry can surpass Rongxingfei’s 100 meter cutting speed.
